Often times I get email request with a bullet point list of items that you’d like to have on your elopement here in Paris but I always at some point take it back to what you’ll remember the most – how the day felt. Sure you’ll tell you grand children about your dress, cake and maybe even the grandeur of the romantic Parisian backdrop but you transfer the excitement and love you felt more. So take the time to tell your planner how you want to feel.
Doing no research

Why? because quality over quantity can also cost a pretty penny. This also goes back to the previous point, if you don’t know how you want to feel and don’t do your research on the best vendors or locations – you may find that you’ll get some basic services when a top-notch could have been just a little bit more.
For this, really try to hire a planner or wedding coordinators that get you. Are they willing to create a unique proposal, or step outside of the standard package (also are you willing to pay for the additional care and attention?).
But you see what I mean? You want to make sure that you can trust that person, because you’re planning from so far away and it’s such an important day!
Not trusting your wedding team
But why? Where they is no trust there is no love – and at the end of the day – on your big day you want to love your wedding team.
