The Musée Rodin transformed for Dior

The Musée Rodin is one of my favourite wedding venues here in Paris: not only is it beautiful, it’s filled with history and culture. Dedicated to the work of Auguste Rodin, the museum’s extensive gardens house some of the world’s most iconic sculptures, making it an incredible place for an elopement.

And we’re not the only ones who love it: Dior recently held their Haute Couture Summer show at the museum. With a futuristic, modern theme, it was great to see the forefront of fashion juxtaposed with such a historically significant place as the Musée Rodin.

Auguste Rodin dedicated his life to creating and collecting diverse artworks, making his former home and workspace ideal for showcasing the next big thing…

Some of the dresses created by Dior Creative Director Raf Simons were reminiscent of vintage wedding dress styles like the ones above.

On hand for the event where some of our favorite ladies like Emma Watson, Jennifer Lawrence and Dior spokeswoman Charlize Theron.
