Paris– simply the name conjures up images of lovers, romance, beauty and passion. No other city has been so adored, or admired than Paris, a beacon for lovers over the centuries. A plethora of poets, writers and artists have all tried to capture that certain magic of Paris. While it is easy to brush it all aside as cliché, the winding labyrinth of chic boutiques, cafés and tree lined boulevards cast their spell over you, and soon enough you’ll find yourself a victim of Paris’ alluring magnificence and charm.

1. Stroll the secret ‘Galeries’ of Paris

These beautiful covered passage ways originally protected the 19th century bourgeoisie from the weather whilst shopping. Hosting numerous antique shops, art galleries and fine food establishments you’ll no doubt find something special for your significant other while you marvel at the glorious architecture. Galerie Vivienne and Passage du Grand-Cerf are the best.

A truly remarkable and breathtaking experience to share with a lover. The striking ceiling was painted by Marc Chagall (don’t worry the original is underneath). The tragic classic La Traviata is on show for the 2015/16 season.
